MDS - Multilevel Data Security protects your material data

We follow strict rules regarding the admissibility of potential new paying customers based on their organization and activities. A paying "customer" is an individual who purchases tokens and use them to buy material properties on dBPorous.

Manufacturers of acoustic and damping materials are NOT allowed to join dBPorous as a paying "customer". NVH manufacturers are invited instead to join dBPorous as a manufacturer and showcase their products on our platform.

This protects the material data of our manufacturers and ensures material data are only accessible to NVH simulation groups for use in their NVH software predictions.

Below is a list of criteria we use to accept a new paying customer in dBPorous:

Manufacturer's data available only to paying customers
Manufacturer can define list of competitors to add to blocklist
dBPorous is restricted to selected countries and web domains
Each new customer is manually vetted:

Free email prohibited (gmail, Hotmail …)
Customer must be findable on the web
Customer must work in NVH simulations
Customer email must contain employer's domain
Email domain not on blocklist

Your company page allows visitors to get information about your company and contact details of the contact person most suited to help them in their search for the most appropriate NVH product for their current apllication.

You can also post corporate videos and/or an interview we did together and downloadable documents to help users choose your products in their simulations and hopefully in their final products. Another sales channel for your organization...

YOUR PRODUCT CARDS

Product cards are used to show yourproducts high level information to our website visitors. Product data can be accessed by clicking on a card to be redirected to the corresponding product page. Products can also be compared when the user checks the top left checkbox of several products and the compare selection button.

The performance data displayed in a product card are global in nature and help the visitor decides if they want to buy your product data. Once purchased, the detailed properties are accesible on our website and for download. Typical detailed data are Biot parameters, frequency and temperature dependent Shear modulus, damping los factor, absorption and transmission loss...

YOUR PRODUCT PAGES

Each product has a product page. it can be accessed by clicking on the product card, from the search page or from the compare page. The product page contains high resolution pictures and micrographes of the material samples.

It also contains several tabs depending on product type: porous, damping or metamaterial. Users can download the laboratory reprot and material cards of various formats easily imported in all major NVH simulation software.
